The pendant is made to order - returns or exchanges are not accepted for the items made to order. When ordering this piece, production begins within one day and delivery takes roughly 14 business days.

Same day delivery in Vilnius, Lithuania. For other destinations - for ready to ship items please allow us up to 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, shipped and delivered. For the pre - order items additional 14 business days are required to implement the order.
Returns and / or exchanges are accepted within 90 days of delivery, only for ready to ship items. For the return or exchange of pre - order goods contact us individually, if we find the request reasonable, we might accept the return or agree to change.
Free return shipping is offered to customers located in the EU. If you choose to return a Non-EU (European Union) order, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments.

We say NO to mass production - in our house every jewel is responsibly made one by one to last a lifetime. We choose a holistic approach to build a culture of quality and sustainability.
Our founder Viktorija is the 2nd generation creator and has 13 years of experience in jewelry design. Our workshop team consists of jewellers and engineers having 20 - 30 years experience in luxury jewelry manufacturing and we are working only with the latest technologies and crafting by hand.
Our gold is professionally recycled by Lithuanian Chemical Institute and our lab grown diamonds are brought from one of the most innovative and ethical supplier in the world - Diamond Foundry. All our diamonds are of ideal cut and EFG colors, VVS-VS clarity, with few carefully selected SI1, no fluorescence and any other faults.
The quality of jewelry is certified by National Assay Office, the diamonds from 0,30 ct are verified by IGI, GIA or HRD international laboratories. Every FORMÉS jewel has its document of authenticity and warranty, provided by us.
FORMÉS stands behind our products and guarantees all items to be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the piece. Should you find your item to have a manufacturing defect, it may be returned to us for further evaluation. If it is determined that your item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise or replace the item if necessary.
If it is determined that the damage or issue is not caused by manufacturing defect, we will notify you of any repair costs or any other pertinent information before proceeding.

Since all our items are made by hand, it must be noted that there will almost always be minuscule irregularities and/or slight variations in craftsmanship. These characteristics are unique to your item and are not considered defects.
Having your ring inspected on a regular basis can extend the life of your jewelry. Any repairs will be billed at cost, and will be discussed prior to moving forward with repair. Customers are responsible for shipping to our studio in Vilnius.
Our warranty and services are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
Any servicing done to your jewel outside of FORMÉS will cancel this lifetime warranty.
FORMÉS will not provide warranties for damage due to everyday wear, loss or theft. We recommend insuring all your jewelry purchases through a licensed insurer.

Import duties, VAT & insurance are always included in your order value. You will not have to worry about anything after the order is placed - we will handle it all for you. If any additional taxes and/ or shipping fees apply they will be calculated and added in checkout. So we assure that you will not incur any additional charges once you've paid for your order.
We want to share these two main tips for the best care of your beloved jewelry:
1 WEAR WITH CARE. We highly recommend that you put on your jewellery after applying make up and getting dressed. We also advise that jewellery is removed before any physically demanding activities like sport, household work, swimming or gardening.
2 STORAGE. Jewellery should be stored away from direct sunlight, damp, and extremes of either heat or cold. Specially designed jewellery boxes, with soft lining and individual compartments are almost always best!
