Refund policy

We want you to love your FORMÉS piece. If something is not right, here is how returns, exchanges and refunds work. Many of our pieces are created responsibly in small quantities or made to order, so please read the details below before requesting a return.

What is your return window?

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, please send the piece back to us within 30 days of that approval. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

In what condition must the piece be returned?

To be eligible for a return, your piece must be unworn, undamaged and in its original condition, with all original packaging, documentation and any diamond or gemstone certificates included. Pieces that show signs of wear, resizing or alteration cannot be accepted.

Which items cannot be returned?

Because they are created especially for you or cannot be resold, the following are final sale unless faulty:

  • Made-to-order, pre-order and bespoke pieces
  • Personalized or engraved pieces, including initials and numbers
  • Pieces resized or altered to your specifications
  • Gift cards

How do I start a return?

Please contact us first at hello@formesjewelry.com, or call +370 615 45919, with your order number and the piece you would like to return. We will confirm your return and share the return instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us, so we can make sure your piece travels safely and insured.

Is there a return fee?

Yes. A return fee of 30 EUR applies to change-of-mind returns and is deducted from your refund. This covers the secure, insured return of your piece. The fee does not apply if your piece is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered.

When and how will I be refunded?

Once we receive your returned piece and confirm it meets the conditions above, we process your refund within 14 days, to your original payment method. The 30 EUR return fee is deducted from the refunded amount. Any additional charge paid for express delivery is non-refundable.

Can I exchange a piece instead?

Yes. If you would like a different size or another piece, please contact us and we will help arrange an exchange where possible. For sizing, we may also be able to offer a resizing service on eligible pieces.

What if my piece is faulty, damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@formesjewelry.com with your order number and photos of the piece and its packaging. We will arrange a repair, replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. The 30 EUR return fee does not apply in these cases.

Do you offer a warranty and repairs?
