We say NO to mass production - in our house every jewel is responsibly made one by one to last a lifetime. We choose a holistic approach to build a culture of quality and sustainability.
Our founder Viktorija is the 2nd generation creator and has 10 years of experience in jewelry design. Our workshop team consists of jewellers and engineers having 20 - 30 years experience in luxury jewelry manufacturing and we are working only with the latest technologies and crafting by hand.
Our gold is professionally recycled by Lithuanian Chemical Institute and our lab grown diamonds are brought from one of the most innovative and ethical supplier in the world - Diamond Foundry. All our diamonds are of ideal cut and EFG colors, VVS-VS clarity, with few carefully selected SI1, no fluorescence and any other faults.
The quality of jewelry is certified by National Assay Office, the diamonds from 0,30 ct are verified by IGI, GIA or HRD international laboratories. Every FORMÉS jewel has its document of authenticity and warranty, provided by us.
FORMÉS stands behind our products and guarantees all items to be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the piece. Should you find your item to have a manufacturing defect, it may be returned to us for further evaluation. If it is determined that your item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise or replace the item if necessary.
If it is determined that the damage or issue is not caused by manufacturing defect, we will notify you of any repair costs or any other pertinent information before proceeding.

Since all our items are made by hand, it must be noted that there will almost always be minuscule irregularities and/or slight variations in craftsmanship. These characteristics are unique to your item and are not considered defects.
Having your ring inspected on a regular basis can extend the life of your jewelry. Any repairs will be billed at cost, and will be discussed prior to moving forward with repair. Customers are responsible for shipping to our studio in Vilnius.
Our warranty and services are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
Any servicing done to your jewel outside of FORMÉS will cancel this lifetime warranty.
FORMÉS will not provide warranties for damage due to everyday wear, loss or theft. We recommend insuring all your jewelry purchases through a licensed insurer.
