What does shipping cost?

Standard (economy) shipping is free to every country available at checkout, with import duties, taxes and insurance included. Express delivery is an optional paid upgrade. Your options, and any cost, are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times are counted in business days and do not include weekends or public holidays. Made-to-order and pre-order pieces need up to 21 additional business days before shipment.

Which couriers do you use?

We work with trusted partners, including DPD, DHL, FedEx, UPS and USPS, depending on your delivery address and the services available at checkout.

Within Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, orders may be delivered by DPD to your home address or a selected parcel pickup point. For international orders, delivery may be handled by DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS or another trusted service. Your selected method is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.

From time to time we may use another courier to deliver your order faster. Every order is sent with tracking.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to selected international markets available at checkout. Free standard delivery is included for all available checkout countries, and express delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Available checkout countries currently include Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Italy, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Malta, Cyprus, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United States, Japan, and the United Arab Emirates.

If your country appears at checkout, we can deliver to your destination. If it is not available yet, please contact us at hello@formesjewelry.com and we will let you know whether a special shipping arrangement is possible.

Are import duties and taxes included?

Yes. Import duties and taxes are included for all countries available at checkout.

Hassle-free delivery means you should not receive unexpected customs duties or import tax requests after placing your order. Any cost for your selected delivery option is shown at checkout, before payment.

Is my parcel insured?

Yes. Your parcel is insured during transport and sent with tracking through trusted courier services.

What is the delivery time?

Our pieces are either ready to ship or made to order.

Ready-to-ship items are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipment. Made-to-order and pre-order pieces are created especially for you and may take up to 21 business days to prepare before shipment.

Delivery time after shipment depends on your destination and selected method, and the estimated options for your address are shown at checkout. Delivery times are counted in business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Will you keep me informed about my order?

Yes. You receive an order confirmation as soon as you place your order.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you receive tracking details by email or SMS, depending on the courier, so you can follow your parcel until delivery.

Can I pick up my order in Vilnius?

Yes. Store pickup is available at Miutto Designer Gallery, Gaono g. 1, Vilnius.

Ready-to-ship items may be available for same-day pickup during opening hours, after you receive confirmation that your order is ready. Please bring a valid ID when collecting. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they may be asked to show their ID and the order confirmation.

Do you offer same-day delivery in Vilnius?

Same-day delivery in Vilnius may be available on request. If you need your piece the same day, please contact us at hello@formesjewelry.com or call +370 615 45919 before placing your order, so we can confirm whether same-day delivery is possible for your address and the piece you have chosen.

Same-day store pickup may also be available for ready-to-ship items, after you receive confirmation that your order is ready.

What if my parcel appears damaged or opened?

Please inspect your parcel before accepting it. If it appears damaged, opened or tampered with, we recommend refusing the delivery where possible and contacting us as soon as you can at hello@formesjewelry.com.

If you notice damage after accepting the parcel, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the packaging and the item, so we can help resolve it.

What if my parcel is not collected or is returned to sender?

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order.

If a parcel is not collected, refused, or returned to us because of incorrect or incomplete delivery details, we will contact you once it is received back. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for any actual return or reshipping costs.
