FORMÉS Fine Jewelry creates personally designed, locally handcrafted pieces made to be loved globally. Each piece is crafted in mostly recycled gold, or responsibly sourced gold when recycled gold is unavailable, and set with certified lab-grown or ethically mined natural diamonds.
We offer secure payments, hassle-free international delivery with duties and taxes included, and a warranty promise with every FORMÉS piece.
These Terms and Conditions explain how ordering, payment, shipping, returns, warranties, and your consumer rights work when shopping with us. If anything remains unclear, you are always welcome to contact us before placing your order.

About us
FORMÉS Fine Jewelry is created and operated by MB "Kurti atsakingai", company registration number 305498419, VAT number LT100014396810, based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Founded in March 2020, FORMÉS creates fine jewelry that is hallmarked and certified by the Lithuanian Assay Office. You can reach us any time at hello@formesjewelry.com or on +370 615 45919.
Our products
Each FORMÉS piece is handcrafted locally as fine jewelry in mostly recycled gold, or responsibly sourced gold when recycled gold is unavailable, and set with fine-quality TW VVS-VS lab-grown or ethically mined natural diamonds. All pieces are marked by the Lithuanian Assay Office, where natural diamonds are also certified as part of the official hallmarking process. Diamonds from 0.30 ct come with prestigious international certificates, such as IGI, GIA, or HRD, depending on the stone. Each piece includes a certificate of authenticity and our warranty promise.
Our pieces are either ready to ship or made to order. Ready-to-ship pieces are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days, while made-to-order and pre-order pieces may take up to 21 business days to prepare before shipment. Because each piece is handcrafted, small natural variations may occur and are part of its character. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, for example to verify details on a high-value order, and will always contact you if we do.
Prices and currency
All prices are shown and charged in Euro (EUR) and include VAT for every destination available at checkout. The price that applies to your purchase is the one shown next to the piece at the time you order. We may update prices at any time, with immediate effect.
Payment
Payments are accepted in the currency shown at checkout. Your available currency and payment methods may vary depending on your shipping country, market, device, and selected payment provider.
We offer secure payment options through Shopify Payments, Paysera, and PayPal.
At checkout, you may be able to pay by:
- Bank card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay and Visa Electron
- Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay
- Online banking and bank transfer methods: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Šiaulių Bankas, Paysera, SEPA Bank Transfer and other supported regional banks
- Regional payment methods: Klarna, Bancontact, iDEAL / Wero, MobilePay, BLIK, Przelewy24, Trustly, eps-Überweisung, Giropay, ING Home'Pay, POLi and other local payment methods where available
- Crypto: USDC
- PayPal
Payments are processed securely over an encrypted connection through Shopify Payments, Paysera, or PayPal, depending on the payment method selected at checkout. Your payment details are not stored by us.
Shopify may show personalized payment options at checkout and may add new payment methods when they become available. The exact payment methods available for your order will always be shown before you complete your purchase.
By completing your payment, you place a binding order for the pieces in your cart. Once your order is received, we will confirm it by email.
Payment processors: Shopify Payments, Paysera and PayPal.
Shipping and delivery
Standard (economy) shipping is free to every country available at checkout, with import duties, taxes and insurance included. Express delivery is an optional paid upgrade. Your options, and any cost, are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times are counted in business days and do not include weekends or public holidays. Made-to-order and pre-order pieces need up to 21 additional business days before shipment. Every order is sent insured and with tracking. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Duties, taxes and VAT
All orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties, taxes and VAT are included in the price for every destination available at checkout, so you should not be asked for additional customs charges on delivery.
In-store pickup
Store pickup is available at Miutto Designer Gallery, Gaono g. 1, Vilnius, Lithuania. You will be notified by email when your order is ready. Please bring a valid ID when collecting. If someone collects on your behalf, they may be asked for their ID and the order confirmation.
Right of withdrawal, returns and exchanges
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, please send the piece back within 14 days. A return fee of 30 EUR applies to change-of-mind returns and is deducted from your refund. This fee does not apply if a piece is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered.
Returned pieces must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition, with all original packaging, documentation and any diamond or gemstone certificates included. Made-to-order, pre-order, bespoke, personalized and engraved pieces, including initials and numbers, cannot be returned unless faulty. Once we receive and check your return, we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. Any charge paid for express delivery is non-refundable.
Exchanges are possible within the return window, and we offer one complimentary size exchange on eligible pieces. If a parcel is not collected, refused, or returned to us because of incorrect delivery details, the actual return or reshipping costs may be charged to you. Full details are in our Refund Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty or damaged goods
A piece is considered faulty if it is damaged on arrival or develops a manufacturing fault. This does not cover wear, damage or changes in appearance resulting from normal use over time. If you believe your piece is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the piece and its packaging, before sending anything back, so we can assess it.
If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the piece, or refund you in full, at no cost to you, and we cover return shipping on presentation of proof of postage. Please return pieces well packaged and insured, as items lost or damaged in return transit cannot be compensated.

Complaints and dispute resolution
If something is not right, please contact us first at hello@formesjewelry.com and we will do our best to resolve it. If we cannot reach a solution, consumers in Lithuania may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybine vartotoju teisiu apsaugos tarnyba) at vvtat.lt. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Disclaimer
We take great care with our website, but we cannot guarantee that it is entirely free of errors in specifications, prices, measurements, images or other content, or that every piece shown is in stock. We will let you know by email if a piece you ordered is unavailable. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, so an image may not exactly reflect a piece's true color. We reserve the right to decline a purchase at our discretion.
Force majeure
FORMÉS is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where that failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events such as fire, flood, earthquake or storm, as well as war, civil unrest, terrorism, government action, embargo, labor disputes, or the interruption or failure of electricity, telecommunications or internet services.
