Quality and Warranty
We say no to mass production. Every FORMÉS piece is made one by one, by hand, to last a lifetime.
Our workshop team are jewellers and engineers with twenty to thirty years in luxury manufacturing, working with the latest technology alongside hand craft. Viktorija is a second-generation jeweller. Almost two decades of practice stand behind how a FORMÉS piece is built — and behind what we refuse to use.
Our materials are selected to a standard we set ourselves and do not compromise: responsibly sourced gold, and diamonds of ideal cut, EFG colour, VVS–VS clarity, with no fluorescence and no inclusions we would not wear ourselves.
Quality is certified by the National Assay Office. Diamonds from 0.30 ct are verified by IGI, GIA or HRD. Every FORMÉS piece comes with its own document of authenticity and warranty.
Two years — full cover
For two years from purchase we repair any fault in normal wear, whatever the cause, at no charge. If a stone loosens, a setting shifts, or something simply gives, we put it right.
Lifetime — manufacturing warranty
After two years, and for as long as you own the piece, we stand behind how it was made.
Our warranty guarantees that your jewelry will withstand daily wear. Gold is a living material — it marks, it thins, it carries the record of being worn. That is the nature of fine jewelry, not a fault. We guarantee the piece was built to endure, not that it will stay untouched.
So we cover the making: settings, joints, structure, and the security of every stone.
We do not cover the consequences of wear — scratches, thinning bands, worn prongs, dulled finish — or damage from impact, chemicals or accident. These are restored through refurbishment, which returns a piece to its original condition: repolished, retipped, resecured.
How it works
Return your piece to us for assessment. If the fault falls under warranty, we repair or replace it at no charge. If it does not, we tell you the cost before any work begins. Repairs are billed at cost and always discussed first.
Because every piece is made by hand, small irregularities and slight variations are inherent to the craft. They are particular to your piece and are not defects.
Regular inspection extends the life of your jewelry. We recommend it every few years for pieces worn daily, and we check and resecure at no charge when you visit the studio.
Conditions
The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Servicing by another jeweller cancels it. Loss and theft are not covered — we recommend insuring your jewelry with a licensed insurer. Shipping to our Vilnius studio is the customer’s responsibility.
